1 Employment: an employee can join the Company only when he/ she can meet the following requirements:
1.1 Take relevant exams and interviews of the Company and pass them.
1.2 Provide Identity Card or original copy of passport for checking.
1.3 Provide non criminal certificate issued by local Police Station.
1.4 Take a medical exam in the Company designated medical institute to ensure he/ she is healthy enough to do the job and has no infectious diseases.
1.5 Give a statement to ensure there’s no dispute on labor relations with other companies or institutions and the employee shall be responsible on his/ her own in case such dispute happens. 1.6 The Company has the right not to employ those who fail to meet the above requirements.
2 Labor contract: every employee shall sign an official Employment Contract with the Company from the date of being employed.
